This document discusses which media institution would be best suited to distribute a magazine product. It analyzes that IPC Media or Bauer Media would be good choices as they already publish similar music magazines like NME and Q that target the same 14-40 age range audience. IPC reaches many UK adults across print and Bauer has over 80 brands popular with readers of magazines like the creator's. Distributing with these major publishers could help the new magazine find similar readers and be successfully marketed.

2. What my product is Here is my product, a Front cover, a contents page and a double page spread. Throughout my product I have used the colour pink as a theme so it all interlinks into each other well. I did a lot of primary research on magazines before making mine, to ensure it fits all the criteria for the magazine industry.

The colours used in both My MM magazine and the NME issue are bright and colourful, the colour scheme is aimed at more of a younger audience in the NME issue, however mature colours are used for example, Black and white, pulling the older audience in. My image would attract people at IPC or Bauer because my magazine is similar to most NME or Q magazines, as after lots of research, I used a few as examples and templates for my magazine. My magazine is tidy and set up nicely, it looks professional, similar to the rihanna issue of NME, this leads me to think that these publishing companies would be interested.
